Bank of America Loan Modification Program

Bank of America, the nations largest mortgage servicer, announced that it will participate in the Obama administrations new Making Home Affordable Loan Modification Plan which extends foreclosure prevention options to eligible Bank of America customers nationwide. The company will offer the Bank of America Loan Modification Program for its own loans and loans it services for Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac, as well as for all other investors unless their servicing contracts prohibit it. Bank of America will also extend its foreclosure sale moratorium for borrowers that potentially qualify for the new Bank of America Loan Modification program.

The focus of the new Bank of America Loan Modification Plan is consistent with our network of attorneys streamlined loan modification program.
